Braun Group of Companies in the U.S. ResponsibilitiesPosition Summary: Responsibilities: Essential DutiesCoordinates, plans, documents, organizes and conducts training programs for CAPS pharmacy to ensure consistency and compliance with training initiatives, programs and processes within the assigned area of responsibility.Administers and revises training plans for employees. Works with Supervisor to ensure training data is current and accurate in training systems.Generates, reviews and distributes training reports to help identify gaps in employees training requirements.Coordinates the distribution, and completion of departmental procedure learning event documentation and procedure revision.Assists in the design and development of competency measurement toolsSchedules training, rooms, supplies, and other necessities to successfully run the training program.
