Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Backend Developer specializing
in Ruby on Rails.
Key Responsibilities
Design and build scalable and maintainable Ruby on Rails
applications
Lead code reviews and mentor team members
Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze requirements and propose
technical solutions
Required Qualifications
At least 5 years of experience as a Ruby Developer with mid-large
size web applications
Proven experience in leading and mentoring small backend teams
Strong understanding of OOP, SOLID design principles, and design
patterns
Solid knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases
Experience in Unit, Integration, and Acceptance testing using RSpec
and Capybara
