Job Description:
A company is looking for an Enterprise Technical Advisor,
(Post-Sales Customer Success).
Key Responsibilities
Manage relationships with approximately 15 enterprise customers to
ensure satisfaction and growth
Develop and implement tailored success plans and strategies to
maximize customer value and drive adoption
Act as the voice of the customer, translating their needs and
feedback to internal teams for product improvement
Required Qualifications
Experience in post-sales customer success or a related field
Strong technical understanding of software development processes
and challenges
Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at
various levels
Exceptional organizational and project management skills
Ability to proactively identify opportunities for customer
expansion and upsell
