A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Sourcer, Product.

Key Responsibilities

Develop sourcing strategies to engage passive talent and identify qualified candidates
Build creative strategies for proactive outreach to attract top talent
Provide insights and feedback to the hiring team regarding market trends and candidate experiences

Required Qualifications

3+ years of technical sourcing experience, preferably in high growth SaaS companies
Proven success in identifying and attracting technical talent
Strong sense of urgency and effective management of day-to-day activities
Resourceful in researching and solving challenges
