A company is looking for a Contract Recruiter in the Insurance

Key Responsibilities

Manage job postings and perform initial resume screenings
Conduct pre-screening interviews and coordinate interview

Required Qualifications
2-4 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience, preferably in
the Insurance industry
Proven success in attracting talent in a competitive market
Strong candidate relationship and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency in ATS systems and Microsoft Office packages
Ability to work autonomously and contribute to innovative talent
strategies
