GGG is seeking a Sales Coordinator/Account Specialist to manage
administrative tasks, facilitate communication, and ensure smooth
operations for the West Coast Retail Sales team. This role will
help the team achieve sales goals and maintain strong customer
relationships. The ideal candidate is a team player who can work
independently, manage multiple tasks efficiently, and contribute to
team success. This is a hybrid role based in Elizabeth, NJ.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:

- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing,
operations, and product managers to ensure alignment and support
for sales initiatives. - - - -
- Create customer contracts and set up new items in system.
Maintain and update customer records and sales databases (CRM,
Exceedra, Infor M3), ensuring all information is accurate and
current. - - - -
- Compile and maintain sales and pricing reports, provide
updates, and conduct ad hoc analysis - - - -
- Respond to inquiries related to products, credits, order
status, invoicing, pricing, and inventory from customers and the
sales team promptly, ensuring all questions are addressed
efficiently. - - - -
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of marketing
materials and sales presentations. - - - -
- Help organize, attend and coordinate food shows, trade events,
sales meetings, and other promotional activities. - - - -
- Process sample requests, ensuring proper follow-up by tracking
arrivals.Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or communications or
food related curriculum preferred - - - -
- Proficiency in MS Office; advanced Excel skills - - - -
- Prior similar internship experience is a plus - - - -
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - - -
