ResponsibilitiesPosition Summary: Responsibilities: Essential DutiesInteracts with external and internal customers to provide information in responses to inquiries about CAPS products and services.Uses computerized system for tracking, information gathering, and/or troubleshooting.Requires general knowledge of the organization, products, and/or services.Adheres to CAPS Policies and Procedures.Work with Operations when needed to reprioritizing orders to facilitate distribution to customer.Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Knowledge of CAPS catalog and basic understanding or knowledge of pharmacy and IV medications.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as time management skills.Ability to work well with CAPS cross functional team members such as Sales, Marketing and Information technology.The job function The job function listed is not exhaustive and shall also include any responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor from time to time.
