Job Description:
A company is looking for an Integrated Customer Service
Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee operations team and supervise Program Assistants to ensure
timely completion of work
Track staff performance and verify accuracy of incentive payment
approvals
Prepare reports and invoices while managing customer resolution
issues
Required Qualifications
2-4 years of program operations experience in an office
environment
High School Diploma or equivalent education required; college
education preferred
Proficiency in Windows-based office applications and strong Excel
skills
Experience with database management
Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team
