Job Description:

A counter attendant/barista is responsible for handling the counter, greeting guests, and providing guests with requested items. Key responsibilities include:
--- Greetings guests and answering questions about products.
--- Packing and providing guests with requested items.
--- Maintaining correct pars of items and discarding expired or under standard items.
--- Maintaining the appearance of the counter and display.
--- Following closing counter checklist and performing cash drawer checkout.
--- Maintaining organization and cleanliness of the counter.
--- Requisitioning food items and keeping the counter stocked.
--- Preparing packing products and communicating problems to management.
--- Marking food items with dates and cleaning the counter at the end of the shift.

Minimal Essential Requirements:
--- Ability to work as part of a team and maintain personal cleanliness.
--- Basic food handling and preparation skills.
--- Time management and ability to work under pressure.
--- Ability to communicate in English for workplace safety.
--- Active listening and learning skills.
--- Reading and speaking comprehension skills.
--- Discipline to follow set standards.
--- Ability to lift up to 25lbs.
