• US and global nursing strategy: Work closely with the Nursing Marketing Director and Senior Manager to shape the US and develop the global nursing strategy, ensuring work rolls up to the broader J&J Global Health Equity strategy helping to deliver on reputation and Healthcare Worker impact.\r\r
  • \r
  • Creative and campaign development: Support the development of creative messaging and assets for paid media campaigns. Partner with insights team and agency partners to develop best-in-class impactful, audience-first messaging that advocates for nursing profession and highlights J&J support.
  • Digital ecosystem: Lead execution of nursing.jnj.com and owned social in close partnership with Senior Manager and comm agency leveraging data to inform recommendations and partnering closely with implementation team on key programmatic information (application open dates, etc.). Partner with GCA and GHE comms teams as relevant to pull content through to other owned J&J channels.
  • Event-based marketing (conferences): Develop and oversee nursing-led conference strategy and execution including brainstorm content approach, identifying themes and speakers, connection to J&J programs, etc. Lead coordination with and support to OpCo-nursing conferences to ensure nursing message is pulled through effectively and consistently. In addition, lead nursing execution at J&J My Health Can't Wait community wellness events including recruiting Nursing Alliance volunteers to staff booth and ensuring messaging is up-to-date and effective.
  • OpCo nursing support: Lead strategy, in partnership with Nursing Director, execution and deployment of customer-facing nursing assets. This includes partnering with agency on asset development, leading Enterprise and OpCo review and approval, and developing strong relationships with OpCo stakeholders to build and execute awareness and engagement plan for resources. Create measurement plan, and leverage learning to optimize content and distribution channels.
  • Business planning: Contribute to key elements of the J&J Global Health Equity annual business planning and long-range financial planning, in collaboration with various functions of the J&J Global Health Equity Team.
  • Strategic partnerships: Develop and maintain relationships with key nursing organizations and KOLs to gather insights, inform work and content development.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Build relationships with key communication and business partners to execute with excellence on work.
  • Measurement and optimization: Contribute to measurement for nursing team in partnership with external vendor and internal partners including implementation team to ensure impact of programs is captured and optimization opportunities are identified. Make recommendations to adjust plans and/or budgets for increased impact.
  • Team culture: Be an active, energized, positive, contributing member to the nursing team and broader J&J Global Health Equity team. Help foster a collaborative, energized team environment where transparent feedback is valued, the team open and creative in finding new and different ways to elevate impact.\r\r
