Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated individual to fill a customer service representative position. Key responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent customer experience.

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
• Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Provide product information and recommendations
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
• Meet and exceed customer satisfaction targets
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Participate in ongoing training and development to improve product knowledge and customer service skills
• Key Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Requirements:
    • High school diploma or equivalent required
    • 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred
    • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
    • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
