Job Description:
A company is looking for a Part-Time Mental Health Provider
(TalkNow) to provide emotional support to students and faculty.
Key Responsibilities
Provide crisis intervention, de-escalation, and triage support via
phone, video, or chat
Act as a primary mental health provider using a person-centered,
strengths-based approach
Document sessions, assessments, and care plans in the electronic
health record (EHR)
Required Qualifications
Master's degree (M.A./M.S.) in Psychology, Professional Counseling,
Social Work, or Marriage & Family Therapy
Experience with crisis intervention and de-escalation
Experience providing therapeutic services to young adults or
at-risk populations
Ability to adapt to the needs of members and use evidence-based
modalities
Valid U.S. work authorization is required
