Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Clinical Research Associate
(CRA) specializing in Hematology/Oncology.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor clinical trial sites for adherence to protocols and
regulatory requirements
Conduct site visits to assess performance and resolve issues
Provide training and support to site staff and other CRAs
Required Qualifications and Education
Advanced degree in life sciences, nursing, or medicine
Extensive experience as a Clinical Research Associate
Strong understanding of clinical trial processes and regulatory
requirements
Proficiency in clinical trial software and tools
Ability to manage multiple sites and projects simultaneously
