Job Description:
A company is looking for a Remote Surgical Scheduler.
Key Responsibilities
Make outgoing and receive incoming phone calls to relay information
between providers and patients
Schedule follow-up appointments and surgeries
Provide results and ensure effective communication within the
team
Required Qualifications
Minimum education and certification/licensure as a Medical
Assistant, Licensed Practical Nurse, or Registered Nurse
Excellent telephone customer service skills
Familiarity with computers and ability to navigate Electronic
Medical Record systems
Typing speed of 35+ words per minute, tested during the
interview
Ability to work remotely from a state where the company has a
location
