Job Description:
A company is looking for a Counsel-Healthcare / Client
Contracting.
Key Responsibilities
Provide legal support to the Sales and Account Management
organization and other internal business partners
Negotiate complex legal documents, including PBM client agreements
and non-disclosure agreements with external clients
Collaborate with business partners to advise on new offerings and
identify legal or regulatory challenges
Required Qualifications
J.D. from an accredited law school
At least 5 years of contracting experience; health law experience
is needed
Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
Superior drafting and negotiation skills
Ability to manage competing priorities and meet demanding
deadlines
