Job Description:
A company is looking for a Live Design Support Expert - Crown &
Bridge.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with doctors during live sessions to review designs and
refine treatment plans for complex cases
Provide personalized support to enhance the doctor experience and
build trust in Dandy's technology
Facilitate clear communication to resolve potential
miscommunication issues and ensure satisfaction
Required Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in complex and high aesthetic Crown &
Bridge dental design
3+ years of hands-on bench experience in a dental lab
Proven ability to build rapport and manage concerns in a design or
technical support setting
Familiarity with digital dental products and processes
Prior experience with similar dental design tools is an asset
