DIRECTOR, STRATEGIC COMMUNICATIONS & LEARNING, VALUE & EVIDENCE
SCIENTIFIC ENGAGEMENT\rJohnson & Johnson is currently recruiting
for a Director, Strategic Communications & Learning (SC&L),
part of the Scientific Affairs Value & Evidence Scientific
Engagement (V&ESE) team to be located in Titusville, NJ or
Horsham, PA.\rThis position will be (onsite/hybrid) in Titusville,
New Jersey. Alternate onsite/hybrid locations may be considered in

(V&ESE) organization, within Scientific Affairs, engages with
Population Health Decision Makers (PHDM) across the product
lifecycle to share clinical and economic information about approved
and investigational drug therapies, address potential impact on
formulary and coverage decisions, treatment paradigms, and budgets,
and enhance understanding of the value of innovation, health equity
implications, and market dynamics.\rKey accountabilities and/or
activities of this position:Demonstrate value through superior
scientific communications:-- Anticipate critical market access
needs and develop scientific communication strategies, in close
partnership with cross functional partners from V&ESE Field,
Medical Affairs, Strategic Customer Group (SCG) and others-- Drive
and lead the timely development and approval of PHDM-centric
resources. Examples include: Evidence and Access Decks (EADs),
pipeline decks, economic decks, and other proactive and reactive
resources.-- Lead a team with direct accountability for the
development and execution of strategic proactive and reactive
PHDM-centric resources
