Job Description:

A company is looking for a Chief Medical Officer in Delaware.

Key Responsibilities

Provide medical oversight and leadership for quality healthcare services delivery
Develop and implement medical review and quality-related policies and guidelines
Monitor performance indicators and member/provider satisfaction to ensure cost-effective care

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Medical Doctor or Doctor of Osteopathy with board certification in a recognized specialty
7+ years of clinical experience in the practice of medicine
Management experience preferred
Current Delaware state license as a MD or DO without restrictions
Coursework in Health Administration, Health Financing, or related fields is desired
