Job Description:

Early daily offerings at Daily Provisions include signature crullers, homemade baked goods, breakfast sandwiches, and freshly brewed coffee and teas. In the afternoon and evening, made-to-order sandwiches, salads, and seasonal sides are served, along with comforting dishes like slow-roasted Roast Chicken best enjoyed with cocktails, wine, and beer.The Manager collaborates with the General Manager and Front of House and Back of House teams to provide leadership and support. They work with Managers at other locations to ensure consistently great service, including best-in-class culinary, coffee, and beverage programs.

• Cultivate a culture of Enlightened Hospitality for all stakeholders, supporting business objectives and growth.
• Exhibit expert knowledge of beverage and kitchen stations.
• Be a champion of Enlightened Hospitality to guests, ensuring a great experience in-store and with digital orders.
• Maintain store excellence and cleanliness, ensuring appropriate inventory is available to employees and guests.
• Continuously support FOH&BOH staff and participate in the cycle of service as needed.
• Remain current and compliant with HR practices and policies, holding employees accountable to standards.
• Ensure accurate and timely Payroll completion, following business/accounting procedures.
• Ensure DOL/Health Department compliance.
• Provide feedback and guidance with excellence and hospitality in mind, ensuring team members have a pathway for growth.
• Consistently look for internal and external opportunities to build the team.Required: 2+ years management experience, Bachelor's Degree or Certification in a Hospitality-related field, Excellent verbal & written communication, Understanding of Microsoft Office applications, NYC DOHMH Food Protection Certificate holder, English fluency and Spanish preferred.
