- Flexible SpendingThe Quality Management Supervisor is
responsible for the daily supervision and oversight of quality
management team members, as well as leading all aspects of provider
monitoring.Core Expectations:Community Behavioral Health (CBH) will

- Offer suggestions and develop solutions to help promote

- Actively participate in required meetings and complete all

- Maintain high levels of advocacy and member confidentiality to
ensure the success of CBH and our mission.
- Assist in assuring both internal and external program integrity
by being alert to and reporting suspected instances of provider and
employee fraud, waste or abuse. Essential Functions:
- Build and maintain a strong functional clinical team through
effective recruiting, training, performance management, coaching,
team building and succession planning.
- Provide daily technical and clinical oversight in "screen
seven", validity of system entries, severity rating, category
assignments, investigation and level of response.
- Ensure Quality Management Polices and Protocols are being
adhered to by the respective team members.
- Collaborate with other CBH departments during provider meetings
and site visits.
- Conduct root cause analysis in variance patterns and trends
with incidents, serious complaints and other quality
measures.Position Requirements:
- Education: Master's degree in behavioral health or a related
field
- License/Certification: N/A
- Relevant Work Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in
mental health and drug and alcohol services Skills:
- Ability to positively lead a team
- Strong communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment
- Proficient in MS Office and able to type at least 20 words per
minute
- Compliant with HIPAA regulationsWork Conditions:
- Requires ability to work shift schedule including days, nights
and overnights; schedule may vary.
- Requires ability work off-site as needed.
- Requires ability to travel, including out-of-state and
overnight travel, as needed.
- Regularly requires walking, standing, stooping, bending,
sitting, reaching, pushing, pulling and/or repetitive wrist/hand
movements for various lengths of time throughout the day.
- Ability to utilize computers and office equipment to complete
daily work responsibilities.
- Regularly works inside in areas that are adequately lighted and
ventilated. Some fluctuation in temperature. No protective
equipment routinely needed.
- Must be able to adapt to continuous changes/demands of the

Residency Requirement:
- The successful candidate must be a current Philadelphia
