Job Description:

The Dinex Group seeks a Vice President of Catering to expand and develop its Catering Division. Key responsibilities include providing tactical leadership for Catering teams, collaborating with Sales teams, and managing operations and functions.The ideal candidate will have experience in high-volume off-premise catering, team management, and cross-functional teamwork.

• Provide leadership for Catering teams to ensure high-quality client experiences
• Collaborate with Sales teams to ensure collaboration and support
• Work on high-end events such as corporate, social, and meetings
• Manage P&L and oversee BOH and FOH operations
• Ensure accurate, timely banquet event ordersCompetencies and qualifications include:
  • Experience running high-volume off-premise catering operations
  • Team building and management experience
  • Cross-functional teamwork and process improvement experience
  • Current industry knowledge and trends
  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills
