Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Home Health and Post
Acute Care Services (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Manage Home Health (HH) and Post-Acute Care (PAC) staff and
implement policies to enhance operational efficiency
Coordinate with Provider Relations to recruit facilities and ensure
network growth
Prepare business plans, budgets, and report performance metrics to
senior leadership
Required Qualifications
College education with 5-7 years of senior leadership experience in
Post-Acute Care or healthcare
Direct experience in the Post-Acute Care market/industry
Comprehensive understanding of company operations and growth
objectives
Strong analytical and decision-making skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; bilingual (English/Spanish)
is a plus
