Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Account Management to
lead the account management team and enhance client
relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and develop a high-performing account management team of
approximately 13 Account Managers
Oversee performance management through KPI reviews to ensure team
meets stretch goals
Drive customer satisfaction initiatives and implement continuous
process improvements
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 8+ years of experience leading account management or
customer success teams
Proven track record of high customer retention and satisfaction
Ability to motivate and coach account management staff
effectively
Experience managing both direct and indirect employees in a
matrixed organization
BA degree required; government experience is desirable
