This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of talented scientists and collaborate across functions to drive world-class drug development programs.\rThe Scientific Director (Distinguished Scientist), QSP Modeling will play a critical role in the development and application of quantitative systems pharmacology (QSP) modeling to inform clinical development strategies and optimize drug discovery. This position will demand a visionary leader with deep scientific expertise and a passion for driving innovation. This individual will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, influence key decisions, and provide strategic input to regulatory submissions.\rPrincipal Responsibilities:

• Provide scientific and strategic leadership in the application of QSP models to guide drug development and support key product decisions across therapeutic areas such as Immunology, Oncology, and Neuroscience.
• Lead cross-functional QSP project teams, working closely with clinical, therapeutic, and regulatory teams to ensure QSP modeling is fully integrated into program strategies and decision-making processes.
• Mentor and develop junior scientists, promoting a culture of scientific excellence, innovation, and collaboration. Encourage growth and foster a collaborative, results-driven environment.
• Oversee the development and application of QSP models to address critical drug discovery and development questions, providing both scientific and strategic expertise in the use of QSP and MIDD methodologies.
• Contribute to regulatory submissions, including preparing and reviewing modeling documents, and responding to agency questions.
• Lead interactions with external partners, including Contract Research Organizations (CROs), ensuring outsourced modeling work meets the highest scientific and quality standards.
• Drive innovation in QSP modeling, promoting the use of cutting-edge modeling technologies and methodologies to advance drug discovery and development strategies.\r\r
