Deliver classic bakery items, made-to-order sandwiches, salads and seasonal sides, along with comforting dishes like slow-roasted Roast Chicken. Foster a culture of Enlightened Hospitality, ensuring phenomenal service and a great work environment.

• Cultivate Enlightened Hospitality for all stakeholders.
• Exhibit expert knowledge of beverage and kitchen stations.
• Be a champion of Enlightened Hospitality for guests, ensuring a raving experience.
• Maintain store excellence and cleanliness.
• Provide support to FOH & BOH staff.
• Remain current and compliant with HR practices and policies.
• Ensure accurate payroll processing.
• Ensure DOL/Health Department compliance.
• Provides feedback and guidance with excellence and hospitality in mind.
• Consistently looks for opportunities to build the team.
  • 2+ years management experience in a similar environment.
  • Bachelor's Degree or Certification in Hospitality-related field or equivalent expertise.
  • Excellent verbal & written communication.
  • Understanding of Microsoft Office applications.
  • NYC DOHMH Food Protection Certificate holder.
  • English fluency and Spanish preferred.
