Job Description:

A company is looking for an Affiliate Marketing Manager to build and manage strategic partnerships with affiliates and influencers to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.



Key Responsibilities:

Develop and grow the affiliate marketing program, recruiting new partners and nurturing existing relationships
Identify and build relationships with influencers to promote the company's solutions and manage contracts and deliverables
Design and execute affiliate and influencer campaigns, optimizing performance through data analysis and collaboration with cross-functional teams


Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing or influencer partnerships, preferably in SaaS or B2B industries
Proven ability to recruit, manage, and scale affiliate and influencer programs
Experience with performance tracking tools and affiliate platforms
Analytical mindset focused on data-driven decision-making and campaign optimization
