Apply today!About the roleThe Senior Manager, Central Maintenance Operations is a front-line operational leader responsible for ensuring peak performance across the internal outage and maintenance support function. This role works collaboratively with site-level and regional leadership teams to execute large-scale outage support, driving long-term maintenance planning, and ensuring operational excellence across the organization.Key Responsibilities:Operational Leadership:--- Lead and drive the Long-Term Maintenance Planning (LTMP) process to ensure alignment across regional and site operations.--- Facilitate and lead critical outage meetings at regional and site levels, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.--- Manage the monthly Key Performance Indicator (KPI) process, including reporting and leading update calls with stakeholders.--- Collaborate with Finance to report on current rate status and ensure alignment on financial objectives.--- Partner with the Sourcing team to ensure service levels are met by vendors, escalating issues as necessary.--- Continuously evaluate opportunities to streamline processes, reduce costs, and enhance customer experience through the application of Lean principles.--- Develop and implement long-term strategies to improve field service operations, including service delivery models, resource allocation, and technology adoption.Operational Excellence:--- Oversee day-to-day field operations, including scheduling, dispatching, and resource allocation to ensure efficient and timely service delivery.--- Identify and mitigate potential risks, including safety hazards, equipment failures, and service disruptions.--- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies, maintaining a strong focus on operational safety and efficiency.Requirements:--- Minimum of 10 years of operational management experience in an industrial services-based industry.--- Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline (e.g., Engineering, Operations, Business Management).--- Strong command of Lean principles and process optimization, with a proven track record of successfully streamlining complex processesOur DEI CommitmentReworld is an Equal Opportunity Employer, has developed an Affirmative Action Program (AAP), and will not discriminate against any qualified applicants because of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability (including perceived disability, physical, mental, and/or intellectual disabilities), veteran status, liability for service in the Armed Forces of the United States, or any other characteristic protected by law.
