Job Description:
A company is looking for a Government Programs Compliance
Manager responsible for overseeing and improving compliance
programs related to government services.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Compliance Tracking Program for Medicare
Advantage and Exchange regulations
Continuously monitor regulatory changes and communicate impact
analyses to the organization and Plan customers
Support the Privacy Office in managing reports of potential privacy
incidents from notification to closure
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
5 years of managed care compliance experience in Medicare Advantage
or similar areas
Intermediate knowledge of regulatory and legislative processes
Advanced ability to analyze legal and regulatory requirements
applicable to healthcare
2 years of policy and procedure development experience
