WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FORAt Momentum we believe in delivering
solutions to our clients that are anchored in insights and
analytics. This is a key leadership role on the Analytics team. The
Associate Director, Analytics will be responsible for pioneering
and developing proprietary measurement tools/systems, implementing
and interpreting models that feed insights, developing ROI models
that contribute to the overall success of our clients' brand
experiences.The ideal candidate should be intellectually curious
and have an evidence-based approach to decision-making, have a
definitive point of view and share it in a positive way, and is
excited by a challenge. We are looking for prior experience in
marketing analytics, particularly within the CPG space. Experience
in category management is preferred, but not required.HERE'S WHAT
YOU'LL DO (RESPONSIBILITIES)
- Work directly with the Commerce team as a dedicated analyst
supporting data-driven insight development and measurement
- Lead the development of a comprehensive data integration and
ingestion strategy to deliver best in class infrastructure for
supporting analytics projects and dashboards
- Own regular reporting outputs across multiple clients, whilst
looking for opportunities to expand the analytics & data science
team tools and scope
- Drive discussions with other teams as they relate to analytics
& data science opportunities, including technology discussions
- Guide cross-organizational team planning sessions on innovating
with new data sources, models, and translating technical
requirements to business impact
- Develop expert knowledge of the business rules and strategies
in place for each client to ensure the highest level of data
integrity through our data aggregation process
- Manage and develop direct reports
- Serve as an Analytics and Data Strategy subject matter expert
for both the internal organization and external clients
- Project manage all day-to-day analytics related deliverables,
including overseeing the collection and analysis of data from
various sources
- Cross-functional collaboration with Business Leadership,
Project Managers, Creatives, Producers, Clients
- Derive and present actionable insights from campaign/experience
performance reports that are meaningful and tie back to client
goals
- Create and manage the necessary documentation to track changes
in methodology, structure or business rules
- Coordinate with third-party research partners to provide
best-in-class research and integrate all data sources within the
automated solution
- Keep abreast of new technologies, vendor capabilities, and
client opportunities.

(QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS)
- Bachelor's degree ideally in a related field (e.g. Economics,
Statistics, Mathematics, Marketing Analytics)
- 5-8 years of proven experience in analytics and
measurement
- Experience in leading client-facing discussions and managing
client relationships
- Demonstrated leadership experience in managing and developing
high-performing Analysts and/or Data Scientists
- Strong proficiency within Microsoft Excel, Google
Slides/Sheets, SQL, R/Python
- Strong proficiency with Data Visualization, Data Driven
Storytelling and presentation
- Strong proficiency working in IRI, Nielsen, or similar purchase
data tools
- Strong understanding of the CPG industry and retail
environment
- Experience developing Analytics/BI/Data Products (Dashboards,
BI Tools, Data warehouses)
- Familiarity with Media/Marketing Analytics, Media Mix
Modeling/Media Math, Multi Touch Attribution Modeling, Marketing
ROI
- Familiarity with data structure and process design
preferred
- Strategic mindset with the ability to align data and analytics

salary range for this position is $145,000 to $165,000. Where an
employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will
depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former
employees in the subject position; market considerations; location
and region; budgetary considerations; tenure and standing with the
company; as well as the employee's/applicant's background,
