• Manage and grow a $30 million income brokerage.
• Retain clients and maintain company culture.
• Lead a team of 11 direct reports and a staff of 83.
• Report to the Northeast Regional Manager.Qualifications:

• 10+ years of commercial insurance experience.
• NYS Property and Casualty license.
• Strong risk evaluation, strategic, crisis resolution, and presentation skills.
• Experience leading Executives, CSR's, and assistants servicing middle market clients.
• Capable of multi-tasking and working on multiple projects simultaneously.
