It's no wonder 98% of patients report being fully satisfied with Upward Health!Job Title & Role Description:The Manager, Clinical Applications at Upward Health will manage a team of analysts responsible for configuring, maintaining, and enhancing clinical applications such as Salesforce Health Cloud and athenaOne EHR. This individual will collaborate closely with clinical stakeholders to ensure that the applications are optimized to support clinical users and workflows. The Manager will lead their team to prioritize and implement business solutions in alignment with organizational goals. This role involves managing project timelines, overseeing configuration and enhancement requests, ensuring user adoption, and troubleshooting any application issues.
