Description:The Manager, Clinical Applications at Upward Health
will manage a team of analysts responsible for configuring,
maintaining, and enhancing clinical applications such as Salesforce
Health Cloud and athenaOne EHR. This individual will collaborate
closely with clinical stakeholders to ensure that the applications
are optimized to support clinical users and workflows. The Manager
will lead their team to prioritize and implement business solutions
in alignment with organizational goals. This role involves managing
project timelines, overseeing configuration and enhancement
requests, ensuring user adoption, and troubleshooting any
application issues. The ideal candidate will have experience in a
healthcare technology setting and will be comfortable working in a
fast-paced, growing environment.Skills Required:Exceptional
analytical, communication, and time management skillsStrong ability
to manage and lead a team of analysts and support specialists,
providing guidance and support to ensure team successExperience
with EHR/EMR content development (e.g., encounter form templates,
letters, flowsheets) - athenaOne and Salesforce Health Cloud
preferredExperience with clinical workflow design and understanding
how applications support clinical operationsAbility to identify and
troubleshoot potential issues and provide effective solutionsStrong
understanding of business requirements and translating them into
technical solutions within clinical information systemsAbility to
work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional
teamsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt
to changing prioritiesFamiliarity with NCQA Accreditation, medical
coding best practices, and Quality Improvement Program goalsKey
