Automation Team within the Department of Bioanalytical Discovery
and Development Sciences at Johnson & Johnson, you will provide
technical leadership in portfolio support and strategic initiatives
to enable the efficient execution and continuous improvement of
laboratory automation. This role presents an outstanding
opportunity to lead and innovate in bioanalytical automation,
making a significant impact on the drug discovery and development
pipeline across a variety of therapeutic areas. This role will
closely partner with nonclinical and clinical bioanalyst to ensure
optimal utilization of laboratory automation in support of
pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, and immunogenicity. A key
responsibility of this role is to drive effective strategies using
state-of-art automation technologies to improve bioanalytical
support and operational workflows.\rKey Responsibilities:
