Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Product Design to lead a
design team and shape the UI and UX of applications.
Key Responsibilities
Provide design leadership across the entire organization
Define the design language across products and create wireframes
and prototypes
Understand customer journeys to identify design opportunities and
improve user experiences
Required Qualifications
Strong understanding of industry design patterns for web, desktop,
and mobile platforms
Experience leading design for consumer products with large user
bases
Expertise across the product design lifecycle, including user
research and visual UI design
Experience developing design systems within an organization
Management experience from a previous design position
