Job Description:

Daily Provisions serves classic bakery items, made-to-order sandwiches, salads, and seasonal sides. The Manager provides leadership and support to the Front of House and Back of House teams, collaborating with other Managers to ensure consistently phenomenal service. The Manager cultivates a culture of Enlightened Hospitality, maintains excellence and cleanliness of the store, and provides support to all staff.

• Cultivate a culture of Enlightened Hospitality for all stakeholders.
• Exhibit expert knowledge of the beverage and kitchen stations.
• Be a champion of Enlightened Hospitality to our guests.
• Maintain excellence and cleanliness of the store.
• Continuously provide support to all staff.
• Remain current and compliant with HR practices and policies.
• Ensure Payroll process is completed accurately.
• Ensure DOL/Health Department compliance.
• Provides feedback and guidance with excellence and hospitality in mind.
• Consistently looks for internal and external opportunities to build our growing team.
  
  • 2+ years management experience in a similar environment.
  • Bachelor's Degree or Certification in Hospitality-related field or equivalent expertise.
  • Excellent verbal & written communication.
  • Understanding of Microsoft Office applications.
  • NYC DOHMH Food Protection Certificate holder.
  • English fluency and Spanish preferred.
