  • Handle day to day operations for small mortgage broker.
  • Including Processing, disclosure, Closing, pre-Underwriting and compliance.Requirements of the Operations Manager
    • Must have experience in all areas of the Mortgage Industry.
    • Proven ability to thrive in a goal-oriented, fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment.
    • Demonstrated aptitude to drive production to achieve ambitious results.
    • Established ability to identify and develop associates with leadership or other skills for succession planning.First 6 months of the position will be paid on a 1099.
