Small Business Subcontracting Manager

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Small Business Subcontracting Plan Manager responsible for developing and managing subcontracting plans to support small businesses in compliance with US government requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Administer and monitor small business utilization requirements for US government contracts
Develop and maintain a database of small businesses and establish relationships with potential partners
Coordinate outreach events and provide guidance on subcontracting requirements

Qualifications and Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business administration, public administration, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in small business administration, contracting, or procurement
Knowledge of US government contracting regulations related to small business utilization
Proficiency in database management and Microsoft Office software applications
Experience working in a remote environment
