Job Function:
The Office Manager will play a crucial role in maintaining our day-to-day operations, fostering a positive work environment, and serving as a key support to both employees and leadership in a start-up environment. This role requires excellent organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This is a replacement role for a long-time employee who also covered high-level EA and IR support. They are creating several roles in a more focused capacity.

  • Office Operations: Manage daily office functions, including supply inventory, vendor relationships, and equipment maintenance.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the leadership team, including scheduling, correspondence, and preparing documents or presentations.
  • HR Coordination: Assist with onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with HR policies.
  • Event Planning: Organize team meetings, events, and celebrations to foster a positive company culture.
  • Budget Oversight: Manage office budget, including expense tracking and invoice approvals.
  • Communication: Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications, ensuring timely and effective responses.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements for the office.
