Job Description:
A company is looking for a Head of Amphitheater F&B
Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee food and beverage operations to ensure sales growth and
exceptional fan experience
Collaborate with accounting and analytics teams to develop
reporting procedures and action plans for financial performance
Maintain compliance with food hygiene standards and local alcohol
sales regulations
Required Qualifications
Minimum ten years of experience in beverage concessions operations
or similar hospitality management
Knowledge of applicable government rules and regulations regarding
alcoholic beverage sales
Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office applications
Ability to travel and be present at venues for at least 50% of the
year
Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in
high-stress environments
