A company is looking for a Director, HR Systems &
Transformation.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee configuration, maintenance, and security for HR systems,
ensuring effective integration and performance
Develop and execute a cohesive HR systems strategy to streamline
operations and enhance user experience
Build and lead a high-performing team to deliver on HR systems
objectives while collaborating with HR, IT, and business
leaders
Required Qualifications
At least 10 years of experience in HR systems management, including
UKG Pro and Workforce Management systems
Demonstrated expertise in leading HCM platforms and integrated HR
technology
Proven experience in HR transformation and technology
implementation projects
Strong leadership and team management skills
Expertise in RFP processes, vendor negotiations, and project
management
