critical component of the leadership team and shape the future of
the organization in business and culture. You will balance the
needs of the organization as well as identify opportunities to
share with Omnicom partners across the network. You will be the
consummate business partner to your clients and will serve as your
senior clients' right hand, calling upon your wealth of experience
to provide on-the-spot insights and solutions. You will think
analytically, and not be afraid to pull in data to develop
compelling recommendations. Your leadership will shape the agency's

organization and across departments, positioning your teams for

- Participate in the fiscal management of the agency forecast and
tracking of income for the year
- Provide insight into short-and long-term planning for the
agency at large
- Assist agency leadership by improving the operations of agency
processes and business structures to ensure growth within the
industry
- Escalation of major client issues to Agency Leadership and
partnership to identify solutions
- Encourage and enable account personnel to develop and fulfill
career goals
- Maintain superior knowledge and understanding of agency and
network resources in order to effectively handle crisis
situations
- Ensure that yearly reviews and goal discussions are performed
and documented for all team members
- Mentor and coach direct reports and junior team members
- Work with senior leadership, strategic leads, and creative
directors to ensure that account is staffed appropriately to meet
client needs, including the provision of rationale and supporting
documentation for deviation in staff requirements
- Maintain a working knowledge of strategic direction across
multiple brands within the agency
- Build strong relationships with clients and procurement at
senior level
- Create new business opportunities for agency (organic and new
business)
- Provide strategic direction and approvals at significant steps
in the advertising creative process
- Interact with all members of the agency product team to ensure
accuracy of information exchange and smooth flow of product
work
- Identify strengths and weaknesses of the account and make
recommendations for change
- Maintain strong grasp of innovative and digital trends in
healthcare and ability to interpret reports leveraging brand
knowledge for client insight generation
- Flawless management of account financial reporting, including
forecast and income generation and reporting to clients and Senior
Leadership at agency
- Advocate for full team participation in research, meetings and
conferences as brand need demands
- Act as brand steward as it relates to all marketing segments,
including professional, PR, medical education, DTC, global
markets
- Drive business growth on account assignments, providing client
with new, and unexplored opportunities for the brand, leveraging
network resources such as disease awareness/PR programs, DTC, DTP,
access and global Omnicom network pull through
- Encourage account team to support team building across
departments
- Manage multiple-agency collaborations both in and outside the
network
- Work collaboratively across agencies and senior
departments
- Maintain a strong market knowledge of existing competition and
pipeline products in brand category
- Serve as an agency ambassador and role model for the account
group as a whole
- Uphold agency values and culture in day-to-day activities of
the brand
- Oversee client/agency review processExperience:
- 12+ years pharma or healthcare advertising; HCP experience
necessary
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong managerial experience
- Strong written and presentation skills
- Strong conceptual skills
- Significant background in pharmaceutical advertising Account
Services
- Ability to craft presentations (new business, creative,
tactical, strategy, selling)
- Ability to build and lead a team
- Strong mentoring and coaching skills
- Entrepreneurial skill at building business for agency
management and/or work in product management
- Skills proficient in Microsoft Office suiteThe range below
represents the low and high end of the base salary someone in this
role may earn as an employee of an Omnicom Health Group company in
the United States. Salaries will vary based on various factors
including but not limited to professional and academic experience,
training, associated responsibilities, and other business and
organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of our
total compensation package for employees. Salary decisions are
dependent on the circumstances of each hire.
- $220,000 - $271,000Omnicom Health Group is committed to hiring
