Job Description:
A company is looking for a Clinical Engineering Site Manager to
lead clinical engineering initiatives and manage operations for
medical equipment management.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations and financial performance for one or
multiple sites
Provide leadership and support for associate development and
engagement
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and oversee Joint
Commission inspections
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's degree in electronics, engineering, or a related
technological field
Technical certification such as A+, CBET, CRES, CLES, or CCE
preferred
Minimum 5 years of experience in clinical engineering
management
Proven leadership experience with a focus on developing others
Ability to perform financial analysis and manage budgets
effectively
