Job Description:
A company is looking for a Developer Support Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
Support developers by debugging issues and guiding them through
onboarding
Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to enhance the
developer experience
Build and improve internal tools and processes for efficient
troubleshooting
Required Qualifications
2-3 years of experience in an engineering or technical role, or
experience building and shipping a mobile app
Proficiency in either iOS (Swift/Objective-C) or Android
(Java/Kotlin) app development
Ability to debug code and diagnose issues from logs or stack
traces
Technical curiosity and willingness to learn new tools and
frameworks
Resourcefulness in finding solutions to complex problems
