• $35-$39 per hour based on experience and qualifications!
• Additional hour rate increases for each ASE certification you possess or obtain!
• Company-paid ASE testing and training materials
• Annual allowances for boots and prescription safety glasses
• Ongoing company training on state-of-the-art online system utilizing Cummins OEM, Ford OEM and internal training modulesAbout the position:
  • Complete preventative maintenance inspections (PM's).
  • Complete Repairs on defects found during a PM
  • Diagnose and perform all phases of vehicle and equipment repairs including but not limited to brakes, suspensions, engines, and transmissions.
  • Complete repairs on defects noted during daily vehicle inspections-pre-trip inspections (DVI's)
  • Ensure work orders are completed accurately.Qualifications for Fleet Diesel Mechanic
    • Valid driver's license required.
    • At least 5 years of automotive or diesel maintenance & repair employment experience or a combination of technical school education & experience.
    • Mechanic's toolset
    • ASE certifications preferred. Must be willing to participate in company ASE certification program (company training, testing, and bonuses provided!
    • Subject to DOT drug testing. DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including marijuana, for any reason.
