Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lead Quality Engineer who will drive
quality processes and culture within their products.
Key Responsibilities
Define and champion quality standards, metrics, and processes for
reliable product delivery
Collaborate with engineers to build and maintain testing frameworks
integrated into CI/CD pipelines
Analyze customer-reported issues to identify root causes and lead
improvements across teams
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in quality engineering with leadership
experience
Deep experience with Ruby on Rails, React/Node.js, Selenium,
Cypress, and Cucumber
Strong ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
Proactive leadership skills and a self-starter attitude
Passion for understanding customer needs and delivering
high-quality solutions
