Job Description:
A company is looking for a Retention Marketing Strategist to
manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, execute, and analyze retention marketing campaigns,
including member segmentation and behavior-based messaging
Lead the strategy and execution of marketing initiatives to enhance
player retention and personalization
Monitor campaign performance and develop testing strategies for
business optimization
Required Qualifications
BA/BS in Marketing or equivalent experience
2 years of experience in iGaming, iLottery, or Casino
industries
5 years of experience in Retention or Loyalty Marketing or CRM
roles
At least 3 years of experience designing and analyzing email
marketing campaigns
Good working knowledge of HTML and experience with ESPs like
Bloomreach or Salesforce preferred
