Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Associate, Financial
Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead monthly and quarterly financial close processes with external
accountants, ensuring accurate reporting and implementing
controls
Manage financial models and forecasts, providing insights and
accurate financials to leadership
Oversee cash management and treasury operations, including cash
flow forecasting and banking relationships
Required Qualifications
5-7 years of finance experience, including at least 2 years in a
startup environment
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related
field (CPA or MBA is a plus)
Strong understanding of cryptocurrency markets and onchain
technology
Experience with financial software like NetSuite or QuickBooks
Proven ability to build scalable financial processes and
systems
