Job Description:
A company is looking for a Financial Modeler to join their team
remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a subject matter expert in analytics and modeling, guiding
the application of advanced analytical techniques
Document business requirements for models or analytical tools and
assess model effectiveness
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of
model usages and changes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Finance, or a
related field
Familiarity with data science and statistical learning models
Experience with statistical testing methodologies
Ability to read and understand Python, R, and/or SQL code
Knowledge of the mortgage industry and/or MBS markets is
desirable
