Responsibilities:
--- Maintain complete and accurate financial records for the company.
--- Prepare and send invoices to clients in a timely manner.
--- Reconcile bank statements and ensure all transactions are recorded correctly.
--- Assist with payroll processing and ensure all employee salary payments are accurate.
--- Generate financial reports for management to review company's financial performance.

Qualifications:
--- 3+ years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting
--- Proficiency in Quickbooks
--- Strong understanding of accounting principles
--- Excellent attention to detail
--- US work authorization
