join the Real Estate Systems Implementation Group (RESIG) practice,
able to sit in a number of our offices. We are seeking someone who

be Responsible For:
- Contribute toward a team covering one or more client
relationships
- Assist in the preparation and review of financial statements,
including but not limited to, Balance Sheet, Statement of
Investments, Statement of Operations, Statement of Cash Flows, and
Notes to Financial Statements
- Prepare general ledger and work paper files for accuracy and
completeness, including capital activity, investment activity,
income, and expense accruals, etc
- Prepare Partner Capital reports including Partner P&L
- Prepare and calculate monthly interest accruals, management
fees and capital allocations
- Calculate capital call and distribution notices, sources/uses
of cash, and investor notices
- Reconcile cash balances daily for multiple accounts
- Calculate quarter end final and estimated NAVs
- Support the year-end audit process, in collaboration with the
team, client, and auditors
- Train and mentor junior staffBasic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent field is
required
- 2+ year of private equity fund accounting
experiencePreferred/Desired Qualifications:
- CPA or parts passed towards completion
- Master's degree in Accounting or equivalent field
- Experience using Yardi and/or MRI
- Must be based in tri-state area with flexibility to work

other geographies may vary based on market differences.The actual
