A company is looking for a Finance Business Analyst to drive
operational efficiency and strategic decision-making through
data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities
Build tools and analytic models to assess program effectiveness
Perform detailed analyses of claims and operational data to
identify trends and opportunities
Develop and track KPIs to measure performance across
initiatives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
4 to 5+ years of management consulting or healthcare experience
2+ years of experience presenting to senior leadership
Proficient in SQL, SAS, R, Python, or equivalent
Advanced level of proficiency with MS Excel and other Office
suites
